A box hair dye has left you with patchy results, you’ve had a home bleach disaster job, your hair has a green or orange tint. You have dark bands of colour that have overlapped from repeated home colouring or a faded hair colour.
Colour corrections usually require a longer appointment time than regular salon visits because when you are trying to change a previous colour, you are in colour correction territory. The previous colour pigment needs to be removed from your hair then adding and correcting the colour back to how you originally hoped it would be. Colour in hair makes hair drier so to minimise damage and breakage to your hair, we use our own Summer Lane products.
The price of a colour correction is hard to predict as the cost is determined by the amount of work necessary to achieve the desired result. However we can offer a payment plan to help spread the cost of the correction.
Sometimes it is not possible to achieve the desired colour in one appointment without damaging the hair, so you need to do it in stages, possibly up to 3 visits. To manage your expectations, it is important that you pay attention to the recommendations of your stylist and ask any questions that may arise during your initial consultation.
